SERVICES INCLUDE:
- On-site 18 page report, containing a complete and detailed account of the condition of the property, accompanied by a verbal explanations. I will make sure that every issue is clear and understandable by you.
- Supplementary booklets and articles about specific property systems, (e.g. furnace, leakage, drafts, air-conditioning etc.), will be supplied at no charge, including pictures of problem areas of the home.
- I will provide you with approximate age and condition of all systems and estimated cost of repairs or improvements.
- At any time in the future, I will provide you with advice and consultations at no extra cost.
- No rush inspection - A typical property inspection takes approximately 3 hours, or whatever amount of time is necessary.

COST OF INSPECTION:
Please call me between 8:00am to 10:00pm, 7 days a week, to discuss your needs and fees.
- Average size home - $275 to $375.
- High Rise condominium - $175.
- Townhouse condominium corp. - $240.
