INCLUDE:
- On-site
18 page report, containing a
complete and detailed account of the condition of the property,
accompanied by a verbal explanations. I will make sure that every issue
is clear and understandable by you.
- Supplementary
booklets and articles about
specific property systems, (e.g. furnace, leakage, drafts,
air-conditioning etc.), will be supplied at no charge, including
pictures of problem areas of the home.
- I
will provide you with approximate age and
condition of all systems and estimated cost of repairs or improvements.
- At
any time in the future, I will provide
you with advice and consultations at no extra cost.
- No
rush inspection - A
typical property inspection takes approximately 3 hours, or
whatever amount of time is necessary.
- My
promise to you : Your complete
satisfaction.
